Essential Documents

Kindly note parents are requested to attach the necessary documents.

  • • Self-attested copy photo copy of the birth certificate with the name of the child issued by Municipal Corporation.
  • • Medical fitness certificate, outlining the Immunization given to the child.
  • • Attested photo copy of the Aadhaar card of the child and parents.
  • • Cast certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC
  • • Affidavit to secure points for Single Child.
  • • Affidavit to secure points for Only Girl Child.
  • • Report card or Identity card of elder child in the same school to get Sibling Points.
  • • Transfer Certificate or Class 12th of the School to get Alumni Points.
